I do like the idea behind their products, and it actually helped me a little, but the price feels too high for what you get. I was expecting a more affordable option, especially after the shipping got added on. It’s not a bad product at all, just feels like an overpriced for me. With cheaper options out there, it’s hard to say I’d buy it again.

Picked it up and honestly… yeah, it just feels solid. Like, not flimsy at all. The kind of thing you use once and think, okay, this is probably going to hold up for a while. Simple, but it feels well made...

I tried the video guidance from Aletha Health, it was helpful overall. I liked being able to pause and rewind when I needed to, and the steps were mostly clear. That said, I was a bit disappointed with how quickly some parts moved. I had to rewatch a few sections more than once, which got a little frustrating. It definitely helped me understand things better, but I wish it had been a bit easier to keep up with

I don’t remember much about the whole ordering process, so it couldn’t have been too terrible. The one thing that stuck with me was that checkout took longer than I expected. Other than that, it was just okay.

I picked up one of the Aletha Health tools and, overall, it’s been comfortable to use. The first couple times I wasn’t sure if I was doing it right or if I was just being dramatic, because it felt a little odd. Not painful, though — just something I had to get used to.
The material feels sturdy and it doesn’t really dig in as long as I slow down and don’t rush it. I do like that I can use it at home without turning it into a whole production, which makes me more likely to actually stick with it.

I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because the positions took me a few tries to figure out, and I kept second-guessing whether I had it placed correctly. But once I got the hang of it, I was happy with it and I’m glad I gave it a fair shot.
